Our purpose is to raise funds to supply NPOs (Non-Profit-Organizations) in SE Wisconsin with much needed funding, to impact the lives of others. The Universal Anglican Church will be distributing proceeds to worthy NPOs. All event proceeds help fund our mission to improve community health and save lives. We invite you to join us and share your healthy products and services with the Milwaukee community!

EXHIBITOR AGREEMENT
1. Setup time is from 8-9am, breakdown is from 5-6pm on Saturday, May 12, 2012.
2. We reserve the right to determine the eligibility of any product, company, service and/or demonstration.
3. Exhibitor is liable for personal injury, or lost/stolen goods. Insurance is the exhibitor’s responsibility.
4. Exhibitor is financially liable for any damage caused to Marian Center property.
5. Exhibitors are responsible for meeting all city/state resale, licensing, and health department requirements.
